I'm a Slacker

With  my five day weekend (starting with July 4th) I have been a bad blogger.  I took my computer home and everything, but it never actually made it out of my bag.  In my defense it was a busy five days.  And because I have a crapload of work to catch up on I am just going to do a bit of a photo dump of our extra long weekend:

My cool little dude when I picked him up at the farmer's market on Tuesday:

Some pool time on the 4th with some friends:

A nightcap with mommy while watching the Tour de France:

Having more fun playing with his corn than, I don't know, actually EATING it:

Some more pool time:

And finally, my little weirdo in the tub  :)

It was a fantastic 5 days, but now reality is smacking me in the face with work.  Oh well, at least two weeks from today we'll be in the mountains enjoying a little family vacation.  Let the countdown begin!

  1. I can't get over how much Andrew looks like a little boy in these pictures. Where did our babies go?

    1. I was amazed that Marc got him to wear those sunglasses for almost an hour. He takes them off the second I put them on him.

  3. Looks like a busy weekend! How does he like that float? I am looking into getting another/new one for Isla.

    1. He really likes that one. It was actually another baby's float since he hates the one we have for him. I need to get him one of these ones so he'll stay in it.

  4. That last picture is hilarious! I only blog every couple days to once a week. I just save it for things I really want to share and that makes it easier on me. Hey, maybe posting every day is the key, but I just think it helps not to overwhelm someone trying to read it everyday when there are literally thousands of blogs out there! I do love yours though, and check frequently because I enjoy blogs with similarities to mine and other moms. Sounds like a great five days, do not feel guilty for them!
